In Fullsville their trousers are bursting at the seams.

In Latesville people are dashing around because they are perpetually late..

In Boredsville everyone is so bored they don't know what to do with themselves..

And in each Ville, one central character is more tired/full/late/bored than the others.

They are 'The tiredest person in Tiredsville'.. Or the latest person in latesville.

Who can save them and put things back in order?

The hero of our stories- Herman.

Each morning he catches a red double-decker bus to a different Ville. When he gets there he unwittingly solves the mystery as to why all the inhabitants of Tiredsville, for instance, are always tired.
